The American Museum of Slavery Book Club invites you to come and spend time with us. Both the American Museum of Slavery and Book Club were founded by Herbert Johnson. Herbert, who has spent a lifetime studying the history of Afro Americans, opens a unique door that gives you access to the history of slavery in the Western Hemisphere.

Our book club brings to life this history in a modern forum designed for your enjoyment and enlightenment. We feature related books that will assist us to shed light on all the aspects of slavery in the Western Hemisphere.
